Where are your products made? Plus

Our products are made in Darwin, NT, Australia.

Do you use Australian ingredients? Plus

All our ingredients are human-grade and sourced locally in Australia wherever possible. Some of our ingredients are sourced internationally, but rest assured, they still meet our stringent human-grade quality standards and we lab-test to ensure quality in each batch.

What’s the best way to store my supplements? Plus

All products are best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and below 30 C (the refrigerator is a great spot, if you live in the tropics like me). To precent moisture getting in, keep the lid screwed on tight.

What is meant by the term human-grade? Plus

Human-grade means that all of the ingredients are safe and suitable for human consumption and have been manufactured in TGA-approved manufacturing facilities. BUT, out products are designed for dogs and cats so please don’t share them. Also the concentrations and doses are specifically for pets only. While they are human-safe we certainly only want your pets to consume.

My dog and cat are also on medications, can they take supplements too? Plus

Some natural ingredients may interfere with certain prescription medications. Where relevant, this information will be listed on the individual product page. If you’re not sure, please contact your veterinarian or email info@australianpetnutrition.com.au for more information.

Do I need to transition my pet onto their new supplements? Plus

If your pets is particularly sensitive, I receoomnd slowly building up to the dose on the label over 5-7 days. We recommend giving supplements in a small portion of their food and then letting them enjoy their normal meal supplement free.

Payments
What payment methods are accepted? Plus

How are my details stored? Plus

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then your credit card details are stored securely by our ecommerce partner, Stripe, for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Your card details are deleted once the purchase is completed.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery
My order arrived damaged, what do I do? Plus

You need to notify Australian Pet Nutrition within 3 days of delivery at info@australianpetnutrition.com.au if your goods are damaged in transit. Provided there is satisfactory evidence the goods were damaged during shipping we will gladly provide replacement products.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Plus

If you change your mind, a refund will be given as long as the goods are returned unopened and in a saleable condition (i.e. no damage or marks on the container). You must notify us within 7 days of purchase that you have changed your mind. You will be responsible for paying the return postage fee. The refund will only be issued once the goods are received by us. Contact Australian Pet Nutrition at info@australianpetnutrition.com.au. Do you have Free Shipping? Plus

Our raw food (available in Darwin only) & supplements delivered only in Darwin is free delivery on all orders over $50 in our delivery zones.

We also have local pick-up locations that are free of charge. Please select when at the checkout.

For areas outside of Darwin, we do not currently offer free shipping options.

What are your Shipping Rates? Plus

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your purchase and destination as determined by Australia Post.

Can I pick my order up? Plus

Yes! If you live in Darwin, NT, Australia you can arrange to collect your order in person. Please select ‘local pickup’ on the checkout page, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready and when you can collect.

My order was incorrect, what do I do? Plus

Sometimes mistakes occur and if you receive an incorrect order we will provide a refund or exchange upon proof of purchase and organise a return for the incorrect goods.

How soon will I receive my order? Plus

Australian Pet Nutrition uses Australia Post as our regular shipping service. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email along with a tracking number. Once Australian Post has taken receipt of your order, we are not able to know how long they may take.
