If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then your credit card details are stored securely by our ecommerce partner, Shopify, for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Your card details are deleted once the purchase is completed.
Your delivery date will depend upon what date you select when setting up your subscription.
Australian Pet Nutrition uses Australia Post as our regular shipping service. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email along with a tracking number.
Australian Pet Nutrition will accept no returns or refunds.
We may at our discretion exchange a product if it is found to be defective or you received the wrong product, provided that you notify Australian Pet Nutrition via email info@australanpetnutrition.com.au, immediately the defective or incorrect product is noticed and the defective/incorrect product is kept for our scrutiny.
Except for the foregoing, you may not return, cancel, or exchange any product purchased through the website. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights; nothing herein is meant to limit your return or cancellation rights under local law.
If you require a refund or replacement under any circumstances, the request must be made within 7 days of the order being received (this includes any products that may be missing from your order). Any requests made after this time will not be approved.

You need to notify Australian Pet Nutrition within 3 days of delivery at info@australianpetnutrition.com.au if your goods are damaged in transit.
Provided there is satisfactory evidence the goods were damaged during shipping we will happily provide replacement products.
We’re only human, so if mistakes occur - we really do apologise for that!
If you require a refund or replacement under any circumstances, the request must be made within 7 days of the order being received (this includes any products that may be missing from your order). Any requests made after this time will not be approved.
Due to product viability we are unable to accept temperature sensitive items being returned due to change of mind.
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
- You receive a faulty product. Note: Change in appearance does not always imply the product is faulty.
- You receive a product that has been damaged during transit (photo evidence required).
- You receive a product that was not what you ordered (photo evidence required).
- You have ordered a product incorrectly.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if:
- You have opened the product.
- Returned goods are damaged in transit. Please take care to package returning goods appropriately.
- There has been a reaction to any products.
- There is a delay in delivery once it leaves our premises.
- There is an error made with respect to the delivery information provided when placing the order.
- An authority to leave without a signature resulting in a missing parcel.
- A temperature-sensitive product arrives at a warmer than the desired temperature, or is exposed to high temperatures after delivery.
- A product has been marked with price tags or other markings.

Adding something new to your pet’s diet can be a shock to them. We recommend that if you're new to adding powders to their bowl, start with a portion of the recommended amount and then gradually increase to the correct amount over 3-4 days.
We also recommend feeding as separate to their main meal for optimal enjoyment as some herbs aren’t always the most pleasant smelling or tasting.
Our nutraceutical ingredients are primarily sourced locally in Australia and are organic. However, some herbs are not native to Australia or readily available through our suppliers.
In these instances we source internationally, ensuring the same organic and highest quality human-grade ingredients are sourced.
All our raw food ingredients are sourced within Australia. We only source from suppliers who put animal welfare first and we do not source from factory farms. We source as much of our produce from local Australian farmers and businesses as we can.
Every single ingredient is human-grade. We just don’t settle - ever!
Nutraceuticals should be stored in a cool dark place below 30 degrees celsius or the refrigerator.
The only exception to this is our Collagen Plus, which can’t be stored in the refrigerator. It will harden the collagen, so keep it in a cool dark cupboard.
Follow all instructions on the label. They must remain frozen until you are ready to thaw and serve. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 3 days of thawing and opening.
You should always check with a vet health professional to decide if nutraceuticals are right for your pet. For contraindications please check the product information on the website or contact our friendly team.
The only products we don’t recommend for cats are our Yeast Cleanse and larger 600 mg and 1000 mg PEA.
